Good location with a 15min walk to downtown city. Nice room, spacious and well equipped., breakfast buffet conveniant. Underground parking at expense.

Location..easy with a car. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable 😊 The receptionist Sahar is very helpful to us 😊

Excellent location, fantastic staff who always provided for special breakfast requests. Very understanding when asking for a room change and provided great travel advice for the local area.

I recently stayed at the Leonardo hotel in Heidelberg City Center - It was a good hotel in terms of facilities and value for money but what really blew me away were the staff - very friendly, engaging and extremely helpful - they used their initiative when it came to some of the things I requested and the went above an beyond to assist when we left something behind in the room. Thank you for making the stay an absolute pleasure!!! Kudos to an amazing team!!!!!!!

The room is quite spacious, and has a balcony which we can have some snacks and relax a little bit there at night. Hotel staff are all hospitalized and polite. Breafast are good as well, although not as many options as the hotels I've been to in other European countries, but much better than other hotels I've stayed this time in Germany.

The double rooms are very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. We opted to have breakfast included and it was very good, although the staff sometimes struggled to keep it topped up as it was very busy. The hotel is close to the old town, about 10 minutes' walk away, perfect for seeing the sights, but we did not have much time as were only on a stopover.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to altstadt, the team and bus passing in front of the hotel, many shops and restaurant along the way, parking garage right under the hotel, room is spacious and clean, the staff were polite, professional, helpful and speak English.
